Butter Tarts

Our Butter Tarts have been shared in kitchens around the world. Many years ago we won a silver medal at Ontarios Largest Butter Tart Festival. It was our “Naked” (just the filling) variety that won. Since that day we have never changed our basic pastry or filling recipe. What changes are the inclusions that provide unique flavour and texture combinations. 
This winning strategy has led to more than 20 trophies and awards at festivals all around Ontario.
